In this full-time field sales position, you are responsible for developing new accounts as you continue to grow and service existing Recreational Vehicle Dealers, Outdoor Power Equipment Dealers and Towing and Trailer Dealers in your territory. You will bring product and business solutions to the independent retailer. Main Responsibilities: While working independently you will learn and understand your customers operations, understand their parts, accessories, and customer service challenges, and devise solutions to meet their needs. You will combine your sales and prospecting skills with your product knowledge to recommend profitable solutions that grow our business together. Coast will jump start your career with a training program that consists of on-the-job training as well as specialized product training in our exclusive brands. Key Qualifications: With a two or four year degree or equivalent work experience, and previous RV and Hitch sales experience, you must have proven ability to be resilient, persuasive, and deliver results. You must possess mechanical reasoning ability and exhibit problem solving skills, in addition to your outstanding consulting skills. You must display excellent planning and organizational skills, strong relationship management capability, and demonstrate the flexibility to adapt and adjust your day to assist your customers in order to succeed in this fast paced multi-tasking environment. You must be able to lift and/or carry 50 pounds and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. A car and expense allowance will be provided as part of your total compensation package. States Included in this Territory: Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Western Wisconsin. Travel requirements: up to 60% Other requirements: proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and Outlook. Salary: a highly competitive, performance based combination of base and incentive compensation.
